ChangeX is a global platform that helps proven social innovations spread to new communities. Workswell has partnered with ChangeX on organizational effectiveness and team building — including designing and facilitating retreats that help their team connect, design new workflows and think through how emerging tools can strengthen their work and culture.

Crimson Goes Blue is a nonpartisan civic engagement organization working to mobilize Harvard alumni for democratic participation. Workswell is currently supporting Crimson Goes Blue through the design of an upcoming leadership transition — facilitating their transition committee, working with the ir board and staff, supporting the development of their organizational structure for the next chapter, and designing a thoughtful succession process.

​Operation Outbreak is an infectious disease simulation platform developed at the Sabeti Labs that uses immersive, game-based learning to teach epidemiology and public health. Workswell is supporting Operation Outbreak's transition to an independent nonprofit — advising on governance, partnerships, and organizational structure as they built the infrastructure for long-term independence.

Ownership Capital Lab works to expand employee ownership as a path to economic equity and wealth-building for working people. Workswell provided strategic and development support during a key phase of their growth.

The Center for Social Sector Leadership at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business develops the next generation of social sector leaders through research, education, and executive programs. Jill served as Interim Executive Director of the Center, providing leadership continuity and strategic direction during a transition period.

Infinite Potential works with leadership teams to help them get honest about what's actually getting in the way — and then build the habits and agreements that let them move faster and make better decisions together.  Workswell helped them step back and look at what they do, how they talk about it, and where they fit in the market.

​AARP Foundation works to end senior poverty by helping vulnerable older adults build economic opportunity and social connectedness. Workswell supported a design thinking engagement with AARP Foundation staff.
